Yoga is fun! Each week we will learn some yoga poses, play games, pay attention to the breath, and practice quieting our bodies and minds. In addition to encouraging body awareness and concentration, yoga builds strength, coordination, and flexibility. Emphasis will be placed on self respect and respect for others in this non competitive environment.
Katie Davidson is a certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor and has been doing yoga with her two boys since they were born. She loves the qualities of fun and play that children bring to the practice.
